1. Delivery
We deliver to all European Union Member States. If delivery to a specific address, region, island, remote area, courier office, or parcel locker is not available, this will be clearly indicated no later than the beginning of the ordering process and before you place an order.
2. How your order is delivered
Your order may be delivered:
- by courier to your address, courier office, or parcel locker; or
- directly by a SparkVision representative when this is more appropriate for the product.
3. Delivery timeframe
Delivery will be completed no later than 3 months after order confirmation, unless a shorter delivery period is expressly shown for the relevant product during checkout.
The applicable delivery period for your order will be shown before you place the order and will be confirmed by email after the order is accepted.
Before shipping, we will:
- confirm your order by email;
- inform you of the estimated delivery period;
- notify you when your device is ready for dispatch and provide delivery details.
4. Delay in delivery
If SparkVision is unable to deliver within the agreed delivery period, we will inform you without undue delay. You may require delivery within an additional appropriate period. If the product is not delivered within that additional period, you may terminate the contract and receive a full refund.
You may terminate the contract immediately where delivery by a specific date was essential, where you informed us before placing the order that delivery by a specific date was essential, or where SparkVision refuses to deliver.
5. Delivery cost
Standard delivery to Romania and Bulgaria is free of charge.
Delivery costs for other EU Member States, if applicable, will be clearly shown during checkout before you place the order. If delivery costs cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, you will be informed that additional delivery charges may be payable before you place the order.
6. Support after delivery
Every product includes warranty coverage and access to technical support and service assistance. Full warranty terms are available in our Warranty section.
