How do you order?

Warranty & Service

Every SparkVision product includes a 24-month warranty that covers manufacturing defects during normal use. For the full terms and to request service or assistance, see the Warranty and Complaints Policy or contact customer.support@sparkvision.tech.

Shipping

We currently deliver to Bulgaria and Romania. Orders are typically dispatched within 3-6 months from the date of purchase and are sent by courier to the address you confirm at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout or in your order confirmation. During the launch period, standard delivery in Bulgaria and Romania is free of charge.
