Delivery and Payment Policy

This Delivery and Payment Policy applies to online orders placed through the SparkVision online store for delivery in Bulgaria or Romania.

1. Seller of Record

The seller of record depends on the delivery country selected by the customer at checkout:

  • For orders delivered in Bulgaria, the seller is SPARK VISION IS OOD, UIC 206677712, Krum Popov 1, 1164 Sofia, Bulgaria.
  • For orders delivered in Romania, the seller is SPARK VISION IS ROMANIA SRL, CUI 54581719, Trade Register No. J2026028294009, Str. Verzisori 6, Bl. D, Ap. B118, 040301, Sector 4, Bucharest, Romania.

2. Delivery Countries

The SparkVision online store currently accepts orders only for delivery in Bulgaria and Romania.

If a delivery address outside Bulgaria or Romania is submitted, SparkVision may reject or cancel the order and refund any payment received for that order.

3. Delivery Method

Orders are delivered by courier to the delivery address confirmed during checkout. Where courier office, pickup point, or locker delivery is offered during checkout, the customer may select one of those options.

During the initial launch period, SparkVision may process courier dispatch manually. This does not affect the customer's consumer rights.

4. Delivery Cost

During the initial launch period, standard delivery in Bulgaria and Romania is free of charge.

If paid delivery options are introduced later, the delivery cost will be shown clearly before the customer places the order.

5. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is shown during checkout or in the order confirmation where available.

SparkVision will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders promptly after payment confirmation and order acceptance. Delivery times may depend on product availability, courier schedules, public holidays, the delivery location, and correct customer contact details.

If delivery is materially delayed, SparkVision will contact the customer using the contact details provided with the order.

6. Product Availability and Limited Quantities

Some SparkVision products may be available in limited quantities.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, SparkVision will contact the customer and offer one of the following options where applicable:

  • delivery at a later date;
  • replacement with another available product, if the customer agrees; or
  • cancellation of the affected product or order and refund of the amount paid for it.

7. Payment Methods

The available payment methods are displayed during checkout. SparkVision accepts only the payment methods shown as available at the time the order is placed.

The customer must provide accurate billing, delivery, and payment information. SparkVision may reject or cancel an order if payment is not authorised, if mandatory billing information is missing, or if the order appears to be fraudulent or technically incorrect.

8. Prices, VAT, and Invoices

Prices shown to consumers in the online store include applicable VAT unless the store clearly states otherwise.

For orders delivered in Bulgaria, Bulgarian VAT is applied according to Bulgarian law. The standard VAT rate is currently 20%.

For orders delivered in Romania, Romanian VAT is applied according to Romanian law. The standard VAT rate is currently 21%.

The final price, including VAT and any delivery cost, is shown before the customer places the order.

An invoice or other legally required purchase document is issued by the seller of record for the relevant delivery country.

9. Order Confirmation

After an order is placed, SparkVision sends an electronic confirmation to the email address provided by the customer.

The order confirmation does not limit SparkVision's right to reject or cancel an order where payment is not completed, the product is unavailable, the delivery country is unsupported, the order information is incorrect, or cancellation is required by law.

10. Receiving the Delivery

The customer or an authorised recipient should inspect the parcel on delivery for visible transport damage.

If the parcel appears visibly damaged, the customer should notify the courier where possible and contact SparkVision at customer.support@sparkvision.tech as soon as reasonably possible.

The customer must provide correct delivery details and be available for courier contact. If delivery fails because the details provided are incorrect or the parcel is not collected from a selected pickup point within the courier's retention period, SparkVision may contact the customer to arrange a new delivery or may cancel the order and refund the amount paid, subject to applicable law.

11. Passing of Risk

For consumer orders, the risk of accidental loss of or damage to the products passes to the customer only when the customer or a person indicated by the customer, other than the courier, has received physical possession of the products.

12. Returns, Withdrawal, Warranty, and Complaints

This Policy covers delivery and payment only.

The customer's rights of withdrawal, returns, legal guarantee, warranty service, defective-product complaints, and consumer dispute options are described in SparkVision's separate Returns and Withdrawal Policy, Warranty and Complaints Policy, and Terms and Conditions, where applicable.

Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable EU, Bulgarian, or Romanian law.
